“When we agreed that we should make a donation to San Jose Leadership Academy, the motivation was infectious – with class members proposing to match other people’s donations to a certain level, then having classmates respond by reaching the challenge limit within a matter of hours, after which the next challenge would go out,” said Karen Altree Piemme ('10). “I was truly inspired by all of my classmates, as I had been all year. It felt like the perfect culmination of the class of 2010.”
