San Jose Leadership Academy
The San Jose Leadership Academy is a program for high school juniors
that deepens their community awareness and develops their leadership
skills. In this nine-month program, students identified with strong
leadership potential get an in-depth look at our community and learn

Are you ready to take the next step and join an area nonprofit? The San
Jose Leadership Council makes it easy with Board Connection. Through
this high-touch program, we’ve place more than 60 community volunteers
on nonprofit boards, including City Lights, RAFT and InnVision to name
